PURPOSE: To know the advancing direction of a moving element irrespective of a direction indicator while watching a display by equipping a means to sense the speed, a means to sense the steering angle, a means to photograph the road situation, and a signal processing means to process the sensing information and picture information.
CONSTITUTION: When the speed information given by a speed sensor 104 and the steering angle information given by a steering angle sensor 105 allow a signal processing circuit 102 to judge a condition that the moving element concerned is running straight or near thereto, the image signal given by a picture information source 101 is passed to a display 103 as it is. If by contrast the signal processing circuit 102 has judged that the moving element is changing the course, the signal processing circuit 102 calculates the centrifugal force applied to the moving element on the basis of the abovementioned speed information and steering angle information, and the image signal given by the picture information source 101 undergoes image processing, wherein the image is inclined in the direction of steering angle in an angle corresponding to the centrifugal force, and this image signal is passed to the display 103.
