An end rail (panel) 1 has a front part 1 faced to the front of a hall and a lower part 1b. A mounting hole 2 is formed on the front part 1a, and a glass panel 3 is fitted to the hole 2. In addition, numerals for showing floors are indicated on the surface of the glass panel 3, and a pair of engagement parts 4 and 5 are projected from both of the upper and lower ends of the glass panel 3. In this case, the glass panel 3 is formed to have a play at both opening ends 2a and 2b of the mounting hole 2, and engaged to the hole 2, with a gap kept between the engagement part 4 and the opening end 2a, when the engagement part 5 comes in contact with the opening end 2b.
