To provide a car stop block with a lifting function which prevents vehicles such as a truck and a bus parking with the car stop block from riding over the block even when a driver tries to start the vehicles while carelessly forgetting to remove the block, and which can be set and removed easily.

The car stop block is configured to prevent a vehicle from advancing by means of a roller assembled in the car stop block, causing the vehicle wheel riding the roller to rotate idly. Furthermore, the car stock block is mounted with arms to allow the block to be entered under/removed from the wheel hydraulically, so that the weight of the block is not directly applied to hands even in a manual operation, with a reduction in labor.
