PURPOSE: To safely and surely attach a video camera even to such a car that has various types of seats of different dimensional specifications including the head rest stays by providing an oblong bolt through hole of a base member and an oblong through hole of an attachment plate.

CONSTITUTION: A base member 1 having 1 having the oblong bolt through holes 10 is made tough approximately orthogonally the front sides of two pieces of head rest stays 9. Meanwhile the attachment plates having the oblong guide holes 25 at the positions corresponding to the holes 10 are made touch approximately orthogonally the rear sides of the stays 9 respectively. The attachment bolts 5 are put through those holes 10 and 25 and fixed tight by the fixing nuts 6 together with adjustment of each position. Under these conditions, a video camera is attached to an angle adjustable video camera attachment stage 3.
