Title:
CARBIDE INCINERATING METHOD IN CREMATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5528414
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To rapidly burn up carbides in a crematory, by directly blowing oxygen or the mixed gas of oxygen and natural air against an object to the incinerated that is carbonized.

CONSTITUTION: When an object 4 burning by means of a burner 7 is carbonized owing to the shortage of oxygen, oxygen is directly blown against the carbide 4 from an oxygen spraying pipe 5. Thus, the carbide 4 changed into red color is quickly combined with oxygen and turned into carbon dioxide, and impurities remain as ash. Consequently, perfect incineration can efficiently be performed because this method eliminates the need for the difficulty of the complete incineration of the object to be incinerated, which is once carbonized, by change into the lumps of charcoal and the use of enormous fuel for perfect incineration and incineration for a long time as seen in conventional devices.
