To provide a carbon dioxide separation device which needs no adsorbent nor periodical replacement of the adsorbent.
This carbon dioxide separation device is provided with a separation part 1 for separating carbon dioxide from supplied indoor air, a deaeration part 4 for recovering and discharging the separated carbon dioxide, the first hydrophobic membrane which permits only gas to penetrate through with the separation part 1 divided into a gaseous phase and a liquid phase, the second hydrophobic membrane which permits only gas to penetrate through with the deaeration part divided into the gaseous phase and the liquid phase, a demineralized water passage for joining the liquid phase of the separation part 1 and the liquid phase of the deaeration part 4 in order to deaerate the carbon dioxide with the second hydrophobic membrane by permitting the demineralized water in which the carbon dioxide is dissolved, which is penetrated through the first hydrophobic membrane passing through the liquid phase of the separation part 1 to run through the liquid phase of the deaeration part 2, the first pressure adjusting means for adjusting the gaseous phase and the liquid phase of the separation part 1 so as to be isobaric, and the second pressure adjusting means for adjusting the pressure of the gaseous phase so as to be lower than that of the liquid phase of the deaeration part 4.
