Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved carbon dioxide separation recovery system for adopting absorbent separated into two layers.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide separation recovery system comprises: an absorption tower, where an upper layer constituted of an alkaline solution including an unreacted alkaline compound as a main component, and a lower layer constituted of an alkaline compound including a reacted solution, in a separated state, are stored in a bottom part; a bubbling part ejecting a gas to be processed containing a carbon dioxide, into the absorbent stored in the bottom part of the absorption tower; a delivery passage delivering the absorbent in the lower layer from the absorption tower; a regeneration tower into which the absorbent is delivered through the delivery passage; a reflux passage refluxing the absorbent which has discharged the carbon dioxide in the regeneration tower, to the absorption tower; a gas discharge passage connected to an upper part of the regeneration tower; a cooler disposed in the gas discharge passage and condensing an aqueous vapor; a gas-liquid separator disposed in a downstream part with respect to the cooler, in the gas discharge passage, and separating a condensed water condensed by the cooler, and the carbon dioxide; and a condensed water passage continuing from the gas-liquid separator to the absorption tower, and supplying the condensed water to the absorbent in the upper layer in the absorption tower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
