Abstract:
To provide carbon fibers which are mixed with a resin to prepare a resin composition and having excellent interfacial shear strength, and to provide a resin composition containing the carbon fibers.SOLUTION: There are provided: carbon fibers with graphene oxide adhering thereto; a resin composition containing the carbon fibers and a resin; a thermally conductive sheet containing the resin composition; an electronic component having the thermally conductive sheet; and a method for producing carbon fibers including a contact step of bringing graphene oxide into contact with carbon fibers, for example, by immersing the carbon fibers in a dispersion of the graphene oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
