Abstract:
To provide a carbon film coating structure of a work that has excelling electric conductivity and heat conductivity, heat resistance, high strength, and flexibility because of characteristics of carbon by coating the work having a porous film formed on a surface by highly integrating a carbon raw material such as carbon nano-tubes to high density, in which the work is coated with carbon such as CNT easily at low cost to have high density and high integration.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a carbon film coating structure of a work which has a primary film 23 formed at a surface layer part of the work 3 and carbon nano-tubes 27 arranged at a surface layer part of the primary film 23. A bundle of the carbon nano-tubes 27 are separated and dispersed to stick on the surface layer of the primary film 23. A secondary film 24 including the carbon nano-tubes 27 is layered and arranged at the surface layer part of the primary film 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
