Abstract:
To provide a carbon-modified boron nitride that has a sheet-like carbon layer on particle surfaces, is energy-saving and has a good resin affinity; and provide a high thermal conducting resin composition in which the carbon-modified boron nitride is mixed with a resin.SOLUTION: A carbon-modified boron nitride of the present invention is a carbon-modified boron nitride that has a sheet-like carbon layer on boron nitride particle surfaces. The sheet-like carbon layer preferably has 1 to 20 layers of oxidized graphene or 1 to 20 layers of a reduction-type oxidized graphene. The carbon-modified boron nitride is mixed with a resin to give a high thermal conducting resin composition of the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
