Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a carbon sheet waste when the carbon sheet is heated in a roll to roll heating furnace.SOLUTION: A carbon sheet 30 is heated in a roll to roll heating furnace equipped with a rolling-out device on the upstream side and a rolling-up device on the downstream side of a heating furnace main body. A first metal foil 32 is bonded to a tip of the carbon sheet 30 with an adhesion layer 34 made of a heat-resistant thermosetting resin. A lead part (a part from the rolling-up device to an inlet of the heating furnace main body) may not pass through the heating furnace main body or a heating time may not be constant even if the lead part passes through the heating furnace main body. Thus, if the lead part is formed from the carbon sheet 30, the carbon sheet 30 at the lead part has to be finally discarded. As the lead part in this invention is formed from the first metal foil 32, unnecessary discard of the expensive carbon sheet 30 can be avoided.
