Abstract:
A carbonization system which is very excellent in the aspect of energy efficiency, uniformly heats the entire carbonization box to completely carbonize wastes loaded in the carbonization box, and substantially reduces emission of harmful substances as compared with a case of directly burning wastes, and a carbonization vehicle having the carbonization system are provided. In a carbonization system for carbonizing medical waste or garbage, the carbonization system comprises: a carbonization furnace body; a combustion chamber installed on a lower part of the carbonization furnace body; a heating chamber dividingly formed within the carbonization furnace body by perforated walls in which a plurality of through holes are perforated; a carbonization box installed on one of walls of the heating chamber and isolated from an external air; a burner for fuel and a burner for carbonization installed on one wall of the combustion chamber; a carbonization gas transfer pipe for supplying carbonization gas from the carbonization box to the burner for carbonization; and a duct connected to the heating chamber to exhaust combustion gas.
