Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburization treatment device in which heat loss upon carburization treatment for a workpiece can be suppressed, and the consumption of energy can be reduced than the conventional case.SOLUTION: A carburization treatment device 1 divides a shell wall 11 of a treatment chamber 10 in the carburization treatment device 1 and an induction heating coil 20 from a workpiece W, and includes a cylindrical direction regulation member 31 for regulating the flowing of a carburization atmosphere gas convecting the inside of the treatment chamber from the side of the workpiece W to the side of the shell wall 11 of the treatment chamber 10 and the side of the induction heating coil 20. In this way, heat exchange among the carburization atmosphere gas, the shell wall 11 and the induction heating coil 20 is suppressed.
