PURPOSE: At least one sheet of a specific adhesive cloth for reinforcing in one direction is laminated on or embedded in an elastic plastic layer to form an integral base cloth and U-shaped teeth are set to the base cloth whereby the titled card clothing free from peeling or loosening of base cloth at low costs.

CONSTITUTION: Untwisted or twisted filament yarns or spun yarns are paralleled as warp and filament yarns or spun yarns treated with an adhesive are crossed over the warp perpendicularly and the crossing points are bonded to form a unidirectionally reinforced adhesive cloth 1. At least one of the resultant adhesive cloth is laminated with or embedded in an elastic plastic layer 2 to give an integrated base cloth 3, then teeth of U shape 4 are set on the base cloth.
