PURPOSE: To make a holder for a car-washing card or the like be easily used and easily manufactured by a method wherein the card holder is so provided that a thin plastic upper sheet is superposed on a thick plastic substrate at a hinge part so that the card holder can be folded at the hinge, and card and document containing pockets are respectively formed on both sides of the hinge part by linear adhesion between both.

CONSTITUTION: An about 0.6mm thickness polypropylene sheet is a substrate 1, and an about 0.2mm polypropylene sheet is an upper sheet 2. Four broken lines are provided to respective central parts to make hinge part 3, 5, which are freely foldable. Then, respective hinge parts 3, 5 are superposed to be bonded. A card holder part 8 and a document containing part 9 are formed in respective left and right regions by boardering the hinge part 3, 5 by bonding at the adhesion lines 7 of their peripheral parts 2. Further, two pockets 10 may be formed in the card holder part 8. Further, covering parts 12, 17, finger entering parts 13, 19, etc., are appropriately provided to respective card holder part 8 and document containing part 9. Furthermore, a separable clip 14 is provided to the document containing part.
