To provide a card integral type mount which enables a card part to be cut off from a card mount without warping the card to the utmost when the card part is cut off from the card mount.

In the card integral type mount, the card part is provided on a specified part of the card mount, and a two-layer film consisting of a transparent card protective film and a transparent film releasably falsely stuck on the underside of the card protective film is stuck with an adhesive on the card part and on an adjoining peripheral region on the underside of the card mount, and notches are formed on the card mount and on the outer peripheral part of the card part of the card protective film stuck with the adhesive. The card integral type mount is characterized by forming the notches for releasing with a specified dimension by a depth from the surface side of the card mount to the card protective film through the adhesive to the outside direction from the outer peripheral part of the card part.
