PURPOSE: To perform information totalization and management such as visitor management and ticket vending management of an event only with used tickets or used cards by reading information out of a card where an attraction name, use scheduled time, and a card number are printed and inputting operation information on attraction facilities.

CONSTITUTION: The principal software of a card management system is incorporated in a personal computer 1, and a multiple controller 2 is a network control unit for connecting the personal computer 1 to plural remote terminal devices. Desktop terminals 4a-4d are installed at entrances of the respective facilities and data are recorded on and read out of cards; and display boards 5a-5e are installed in specific places of card issuing machine, etc., in addition to the entrances of the facilities and use scheduled time, wait times, etc., are displayed. The card issuing machines 6a-6d automatically issue cards for cash and reserve the utilization of the facilities and at the entrances 7a-7d, admission information is recorded on the cards.
