To easily clean a card holding part in a card processor capable of contactlessly executing the reading/writing processing of information from/in an IC card held on the outer wall face of a casing.

A pair of guide members 31, 42 are formed on the surface of a rectangular plate 25 sharing a part of the outer wall face of the casing for a public telephone set. The members 31, 41 regulate the lateral movement of an IC card 10 received from the upper part between the inwalls of mutually opposed side plates 32, 42, regulate the longitudinal movement of the card 10 by the surface of the plate 25 and front plates 33, 43 and guide the card 10 downward in a state that one face side of the card 10 is opposed close to the surface of the plate 25. Regulating projections 47 like triangle poles are projected on positions crossing with lines vertically passing the side plates 32, 42 of the members 31, 41 and the lower edge of the card 10 guided by the members 31, 41 is point-supported by the projections 47 and held at a regulated position.
