Abstract:
To provide a safe and highly reliable card system not only by regulating the use of a lost card but also by preventing the leakage of personal information recorded on the lost card.
A managing device 3 judges whether an IC card 4 set to a card reader 1 is a lost card or not and when the IC card is judged as lost card, the use of that card 4 is regulated. On the other hand, the personal information recorded on that card is temporarily saved in the managing device 3 and erased from the surface of the card.
