To provide a card turning-over carrying mechanism being high in reliability by constituting that a drive force is always transmitted without dissociation of the drive transmission unit of a card carrying roller in the middle of turning-over operation.

A card turning-over carrying mechanism comprises a turning- over frame 3 situated in a turning-over manner on a base frame 1; a drive motor 34 to turn over the turning-over frame; a turning-over carrying roller 37 situated on the turning-over frame 3; a turning-over carrying roller drive gear 39 situated at its end part to rotationally drive the turning-over carrying roller; a motor 41 situated on the base frame 1 and rotationally driving the turning-over carrying roller 37; a second transmission gear 43 rotatably mounted on the base frame 1 so as to transmit its rotation force; and a revolving gear 44 to transmit a rotation force to a between the transmission gear and the turning-over carrying roller drive gear 37. The revolving gear 44 is supported revolvably around the rotation axis of the second transmission gear 43 and during turning-over operation, a rotation force is always transmitted to the turning-over carrying roller drive gear 39.
