Abstract:
To provide a card type door lock easy to operate even in a locker room having comparatively dark illumination.
In the card type door lock, which has a hand grip recessed section 2 opened towards the front of a door 1 and a card inserting slot 3 and in which lock operation is permitted when a lock-operation permission card 4 with a fixed operation permission code is inserted into the card inserting slot 3, the card inserting slot 3 is constituted so that an inserting port 3a is formed to the rear of the bottom wall 2a of the hand grip recessed section 2 towards the open-close edge 1a side of the door 1.
