This equipment is provided with an input/output terminal 11a for inputting and outputting data to/from the personal computer, a sensor 12 for detecting at least one of the vibration and speed of a case body and measuring a step number, a memory 13 for storing step number data measured by the sensor 12, a protective memory 14 for storing individual information data and a control part 15 for controlling the input/output of the step number data with the personal computer through the input/output terminal 11a and commanding to read the individual information data stored in the protective memory 14 through the input/output terminal to the side of the personal computer only in the case that a preset decoding code is inputted.
