Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a card type electronic tuner that is mounted on the main body of equipment such as a personal computer, which does not require a tuner at all times, similarly to an IC memory card and receives a video and audio of television only when necessary.
CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board 6 which constitutes a circuit necessary for the tuner is put in a card type case 2, and a connector for inputting and outputting signals to and from the printed circuit board 6 is arranged along one side of the case. The case 2 is provided with a frame 3, and an upper cover 4 and a lower cover 5, and a projection 57 is formed on a cover internal surface material 43 which constitutes part of the lower cover 5 and brought into contact with the earth land of the printed circuit board 6.
