To increase the degree of freedom of design through enabling a design to be drawn even on an information display part by forming a color changeable printing layer with a color changeable ink whose color changes depending upon a first or a second direction, on the surface of the information display part, in a card with a display function having the information display part.

The card 10 with a display function 10 is constructed of a card base material 11, an ordinary printing layer 12, an information display part 13 and a color changeable printing layer 14. The card base material 11 has a reflective face 11a and uses a resin sheet or a metal sheet. The information display part 13 displays a specific content visibly using a character and a figure. The color changeable printing layer 14 is formed in such a manner that it overlaps the surface of the information display part 13 partially, and that an image of character or figure is drawn using a color changeable ink giving a color change depending upon a first and a second angle. The color changeable ink contains, for example, a pigment comprising a highly refractive index layer of silicon oxide or iron oxide and a low refractive index layer of mica laminated, dispersed in a transparent vehicle.
