Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card in which an authenticated purchaser can obtain display information by detaching a portion processed in the form of perforations and which is difficult to be counterfeited.SOLUTION: A card base material connects a first base material 100 and a third base material 300, and a forth base material 400 and a fifth base material 500 through folding lines centering a second base material 200. The first base material 100 and the third base material 300 are folded in a double door state through the folding lines on one surface of the second base material 200. The forth base material 400 and the fifth base material 500 are folded in a double door state through the folding lines on the other surface of the second base material 200. At least two pieces of display information are printed on one surface of the second base material 200, and at least two pieces of display information are printed on the other surface of the second base material 200. Window parts capable of being removed are arranged to expose the display information.
