CONSTITUTION: On one surface of a card substrate 1 made of polyethylene terephthalate, a picture pattern layer 2 is provided by screen printing. Ink prepared by mixing and dispersing p-octyl phenyl salicylate as an ultraviolet light absorber in a buthyral resin is provided all over the card substrate 1 with the picture pattern layer 2 by screen printing, whereby an ultraviolet light absorbing layer 3 is formed. Ink containing an electron beam-curing resin made of epoxy acrylate, hydroxy ethyl acrylate, and a tetrahydroacrylate is provided all over the ultraviolet light absorbing layer 3 by screen printing, thereafter being irradiated with an electron beam. In this manner, a surface protection layer 4 is formed.
