Abstract:
To provide care assistance tableware (fork, spoon) that is made up to have meal in a self-standing manner for a person with an impaired body, the person who cannot have a fork in a handedness temporarily, the person with weak hands and fingers and cannot prick food with the fork, the person who cannot scoop the food with the spoon, and the person who cannot carry the food to the mouth.SOLUTION: A handle 4 of a fork 1 or spoon can be fixed to one thumb of a hand (right or left) without having care assistance tableware (fork 1, spoon). An angle can be changed in a connecting portion between the handle 4 of the care assistance tableware (fork 1, spoon) and a handle pushing abutment part 5 positioned in the vicinity of the MP joint 100 of a thumb. Accordingly, a person can have a meal with the angle of enabling the food to be easily pricked or the angle of enabling the food to be easily scooped. A handle pushing abutment part 5 equivalent to a palm becomes a straw bag shape, and therefore even the person without the grip strength or the person without the force to pierce the food can pierce the food easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
