To maintain a cargo fixed state.SOLUTION: A cargo fixing device 100 is provided in transport machines such as vehicles such as an automobile, an electric train and a steam train, a marine vessels, and aircrafts, and includes two baloon units 110A, 110B, an air supply part 120, a move part 130, and a central control part 140. The baloon units 110A, 110B comprise: a baloon 210 which is provided with an air supply port, and is inflated by air supplied; a storage part 220 which stores at least a part of the baloon 210; and a size adjustment part 230 which pulls the baloon 210 into the storage part 220, and adjusts a pull-out amount of the baloon 210 outside the storage part 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
