Substantially central parts of a plurality of long materials X supported by a chain conveyor 1 are scattered in the orthogonal direction to the longitudinal direction of the long materials X by a lifting member 21. Next, a delivery roller 3 with a peripheral groove is turned around a horizontal shaft 41a by delaying timing sequentially by a delivery roller turn and drive part 4. Consequently, the long materials X are individually inducted into a peripheral groove of the delivery roller 3 to deliver the long materials X into the longitudinal direction while floating the long materials X from the chain conveyor 1 sequentially from a central part side toward both end parts.
