PURPOSE: To enable a cargo to be left standing in a given public place by a method wherein a cargo lock mechanism comprising a threadform flexible member and a lock is mounted to a placing table provided at its upper part with a cargo placing surface.
CONSTITUTION: A toilet user enters a toilet room 10 through an entrance. A toilet user carrying a large cargo B, e.g., suit cases, places the cargo B on a cargo storage table 1 near the entrance. After a threadform flexible member 6 extended from the upper part of a pole 5 is then inserted through a handle B1 of the cargo B, the tip thereof is inserted in a lock 7 for locking. After the user answers the call of nature, the lock is released by means of a key 8 and the handle B1 is dislocated from the flexible member 6.
