CONSTITUTION: The assignment to track docks is performed according to the strategy by a truck dock assignment strategy input means 13 by providing a cargo terminal information input means 11 inputting data of the destination of installation, carry-out/carry-in information input means 12 inputting data such as the number of arriving trucks and the kinds of the corresponding carry- out/carry-in cargo and the number of cargos, truck dock assignment strategy input means 13 inputting the strategy deciding to which truck dock a truck is to be assigned. A truck/cargo movement process display means 16 visually displays the movement progress such as moving trucks and cargos during the simulation. A statistical amount collecting display means 17 display by collecting simulation data and statistical amount.
