Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the warpage of the carpet.
CONSTITUTION: In the carpet 1 in which a rubber cushion layer 4 is disposed on the back surface of a base fabric 3 having piles implanted therein and in which the base fabric and the cushion layer 4 are partially press-adhered to each other, a backing fabric 5 comprising a thermally nontreated woven fabric and having a lower driven fiber density than that of the base fabric 3 is integrally adhered to the back surface of the cushion layer 4.
