Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the scatter of dust in a printer when a carriage is fixed to the thermal printer or the break of the device when a fixing member is removed.
CONSTITUTION: Knob hole parts 3a and a positioning hole part 3b are provided in a resin sheet 3. The knob hole parts 3a of the resin sheet 3 are inserted to knobs 14 of a carriage 12. The positioning hole part 3b of the resin sheet 3 is inserted to an engaging projection 1a of a cover 1 covering the carriage 12 from above. Thereafter, the engaging projection 1a is engaged with a part to be engaged 2a provided in a printer body device 2 above a drive belt 13.
