Abstract:
To provide an inkjet coating device capable of maintaining the coating location accuracy even when an environmental temperature differs from predetermined temperature conditions.SOLUTION: A carrier device 1 has: at least one of drive units 3, 9 respectively including electric motors 4, 10 moving a moving object M, supply power control devices 6, 12 controlling electric powers V1, V2 supplied to the electric motors 4, 10, and position measurement devices 7, 13 outputting positions of movable elements in the electric motors 4, 10 to the supply power control devices 6, 12; and a position control device 15 for outputting a position control signal St to the supply power control devices 6, 12. The drive units 3, 9 have signal correction devices 8, 14 correcting position pulse train signals S1, S2 output by the position measurement devices 7, 13 to the supply power control devices 6, 12. The signal correction devices 8, 14 output the corrected position pulse train signals S1, S2 to the supply power control devices 6, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
