Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the height adjustment of a carrier body from a coarse control to a fine control by making a device have a constitution that an eccentric cam rotary shaft having an eccentric cam is mounted on an opening which penetrates in the diameter direction of a base and a carrier body height adjusting member is mounted on an opening which penetrates in the direction orthogonally crossing with the diameter direction of the base.
SOLUTION: An eccentric cam rotary shaft 21 which revolves integrally with an eccentric cam 20 is turnably mounted on an opening 19 which penetrates in the diameter direction of a thick disc-shaped base 18 by making the part of the cam rotary shaft 21 project from the side surface of the base 18. To suppress the moving in the diameter direction of the base 18 of the cam rotary shaft 21, the cam 20 is stored within a recessed part provided on the lower surface of a carrier body height adjusting member 16. The carrier body height adjusting member 16 which is capable of smoothly sliding is mounted on the opening of the base 18 so as to come in mechanical contact with the cam 20 on the lower surface. An excitation body mounting member 15 is fixed to the upper surface of the carrier body height adjusting member 16 with an excitation body mounting member fixing screw 23. By the revolution of the cam rotary shaft 21, a carrier body 12 moves in the vertical direction according to eccentivicity of the cam 20.
