PURPOSE: To make a carrier device with a pallet suitable for carrying an article liable to undergo damage due to static electricity by providing the pallet with a discharge tube for discharging static electricity generated on the pallet and the track to the atmosphere.

CONSTITUTION: A discharge tube 11 is fitted to the side of a pallet 2 so supported with rollers 6 and 7 on a frame 3 as to be freely shiftable, and electricity connected to the pallet 2 via the body 11a of the tube 11. Also, a discharge terminal 11b is projected from the tip of the body 11a. According to the aforesaid construction, static electricity generated due to the movement of the pallet 2 is collected into the discharge tube 11 and discharged to the atmosphere via the discharge terminal 11b. The frame 3 and the pallet 2, therefore, become free from electrostatic charge and the carrier device can be made suitable for carrying an article liable to be damaged by static electricity.
