Abstract:
To obtain a carrier film for forming a ceramic green sheet almost free from a load applied upon a sheet forming machine and with outstanding transferability.
The coated face 1a of the carrier film 1 for forming a ceramic green sheet is mechanically roughed with the help of sand blasting so that the surface roughness of the coated face 1a becomes equivalent to Ra=0.1μm or less. Further, a sheet-like ceramic green sheet is formed by applying a slurry- like ceramic material to the coated face 1a roughed.
