PURPOSE: To provide a carrier and fixture for skis which locks the skis while the skis are stood against a stand, etc., of a skiing ground and tied so that they can not be stolen in addition to the portage of the skis.

CONSTITUTION: This carrier and fixture is provided with a ski through opening 11 into which the skis 10 are inserted from a side opening part 12, a 1st support member 1 and a 2nd support member 2 having frame shutters 6 which can open and close the opening part 12, and a suspension belt 13 which has one end connected to the 1st support member 1 and the other end connected to the 2nd support member 2; and the 1st support member is provided with a lock which locks the frame shutter 6 of the 1st support member 1 while the opening part 12 is closed.
