Title:
CARRIER MOUNTING POSITIONING DEVICE OF ROPEWAY EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1129031
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and exactly set the mounting location of a carrier by stopping the moving of a rope for every carrier mounting interval calculated by dividing the measured value of the entire length of the rope by the mounting number of carriers or putting a mark on the rope for every carrier mounting interval. SOLUTION: The entire length of a rope 8 is indirectly measured by the total number P of pulse from a proximity switch performing a detection while a carrier 15 is made one round. Based on a carrier mounting interval (P/N) determined by dividing the total number P of pulse by the mounting number N of carries to be inputted in a controller, the carriers 15 are successively mounted at a prescribed location of a stopping place every time the circulating moving of the rope 8 is stopped by stopping an electric motor 3 for every carrier mounting interval (P/N) during the next one round. Thus, the positioning of the mounting locations of the carriers 15 can be easily and exactly performed as compared with the conventional positioning because all the carrier mounting intervals (P/N) to be the mounting locations of the carriers 15 can be automatically set at equal intervals.
