This carrier which is used for the pet and can receive and carry the pet is characterized by openably attaching a lid 2 to the upper portion of a pet-receiving portion 1 for receiving the pet 12 therein, disposing an opening 5 for putting out the head of the pet 12 in the lid 2, disposing fittings 8, 8 for attaching handles 3a, 3b at places near to the side corners of the pet-receiving portion 1, attaching elastic band-having holding fittings 10, 10 for fixing the carrier to the load-carrying basket 13 of the bicycle, and disposing buttons 16 for holding a hat on the periphery of the opening 5 and further buttons 19, 19 for fixing a raincoat 17 on the corner portions of the lid 2.
