Abstract:
To provide a carrier robot capable of transporting trays one by one from a tray arrangement unit in which the trays are stacked in a plurality of stages.SOLUTION: A carrier robot includes: a tray holding unit 55; a holding member 56 that holds the tray holding unit 55 so as to be movable up and down; a holding member 58 that swingably holds the holding member 56 via a floating mechanism 57; an elevating mechanism 60 that elevates and lowers the tray holding unit 55 with respect to the holding member 56; a claw unit 92a that enters between a first tray 3A and a second tray 3B; and a claw moving mechanism 93 that moves the claw unit 92a between a separation position 92A and a retreat position 92B. In the carrier robot, after the tray holding unit 55 holds the first tray 3A and the claw moving mechanism 93 moves the claw 92a present in the retreat position 92B to the separation position 92A, the elevating mechanism 60 elevates the tray holding unit 55 with respect to the holding member 56, and then, transports the first tray 3A from the tray arrangement unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
