To provide a carrier sheet for manufacturing a ceramic green sheet by which the uniform thin film of ceramic green sheet can be manufactured and the carrier sheet can be handled in the manufacturing step of ceramic green sheet.

This carrier sheet is made of a release film, which is provided with a silicone mold-released layer at least on one side of a polyester film, and a ceramic slurry is coated on the silicone mold-released layer and is dried thereafter to form a ceramic green sheet. Then the ceramic green sheet is cut out into pieces of size about 25 mm×25 mm, and the value when the surface peeling strength is measured is set to 1-5 kg for the carrier sheet for manufacturing ceramic capacitors.
