Abstract:
To provide a device for producing a carrier tape roll body capable of holding information on parts enclosed in a carrier tape regardless of a residual number of the parts without having a holding body such as a reel.SOLUTION: The device for producing a carrier tape roll body includes a tape feeding part 61 for feeding a carrier tape enclosing parts in each of a plurality of pockets formed at regular intervals, a storage body setting part 64 for disposing a storage body 45 at a tip part 27R of a carrier tape 27 fed from the tape feeding part 61, a rotational shaft 66 mounted with the tip part 27R of the carrier tape 27 provided with the storage body 45 by the storage body setting part 64, a rotational shaft driving part 67 for winding the carrier tape 27 on the rotational shaft 66 by rotating the rotational shaft 66 mounted with the tip part 27R of the carrier tape 27, and a cutting part 69 for cutting the carrier tape 27 fed from the tape feeding part 61 and separating the carrier tape 27 wound on the rotational shaft 66 from the tape feeding part 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
