Abstract:

To obtain the subject tape capable of preventing dielectric breakdown, etc., during transporting electronic parts such as ICs, LSIs, etc., by coating a specific composition as an electroconductive layer.

An electroconductrive coating is formed by applying a composition consisting of (A) a soluble aniline-based electroconductive acid-group- substituted polymer having sulfo group and/or carboxylic group and (B) a binder polymer as effective components on at least one surfaces of a base material. The component A is a soluble electroconductive polymer expressed by the formula (R1 to R18 are each H, a 1-24C alkyl, a 1-24C alkoxy, an acidic group, hydroxyl group, etc.; the rate of introduced acidic group is to contain ≥20% acidic groups based on the aromatic rings.) It is preferable to form an electroconductive coating by heating and/or irradiating with UV or EB.
