Abstract:
To prevent falling preventive flaps from being damaged when carrier tapes are piled in layers.
A carrier tape has recessed stowing parts that are arranged at specified intervals to accommodate electronic parts, and falling preventive flaps 5 protrude inside the recessed stowing parts. Bottom protrusions 6 that protrude from the bottom of each recessed stowing part are formed to prevent the recessed stowing part of the upper layer from being fitted the recessed stowing part of the lower layer when the carrier tapes are piled in layers.
