PURPOSE: To increase a labor saving and safety by constituting the device with the rotary table arranging the internal-combustion engine testing equipment radially and the carrying in and out device consisting of the truck freely traveling truck arranged on the outer periphery thereof, ascending and descending stand and movable stand, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The rotary table 7 equipping with plural internal-combustion engine testing equipments 8 radially which can freely receive the pallet fed from a carrying-in route 3 is provided and at the optimum place on the outer periphery thereof the operation terminal of a carrying-in device 6 is provided and a carrying-out device 10 is provided as well at the position making about a round. Devices 6, 10 are then composed by the truck freely travelable in the approaching and separating directions for the rotary table 7, a pair of the right and left chain conveyors, ascending and descending base and movable base, etc. A manual work is thus disused and the safety in the work can be increased because of the internal-combustion engine loaded on the pallet being carried into the testing equipment 8 by the device 6 and carried out by the device 10.
