Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the highly accurate positional information of a moving body along a guide rail with a simple constitution by detecting the information from the detected results of magnetic sensors which detect the magnetism of magnets.
SOLUTION: Magnets 5 constituting a DC motor LM are provided on the bottom of a guide rail B. Magnetic sensors 9 are attached to the support member 6b of a drive coil 6 so that a control section C can detect the positional information of a moving body A along the rail B. The sensors 9 are installed with intervals in the moving direction of the moving body A and each sensor 9 is constituted of a front-side magnetic sensor 9a and a rear-side magnetic sensor 9b composed of Hall elements. Since the detecting signals of the sensors 9a and 9b show nearly sine waves having the phase difference corresponding to the interval between the sensors 9a and 9b in the moving direction of the moving body A, the highly accurate positional information of the moving body A can be obtained with a simple constitution.
