To surely collect file holders, which have been taken out urgently from each storehouse, on one place and by means of a simple mechanism for subsequent delivery.
On a conveyor, file holders 3, which store documents like charts, are taken out by a delivering device from a storing shelf of a storehouse, in which the file holders 3 are hung from a large number of shelf boards. The conveying device is placed in front of the storehouse 1, in which the file holders 3 taken out are expected to be shipped to respective destinations via a shifting/ mounting device, so that the conveying device receives the file holders 3 discharged from a discharging part of the storehouse 1 and supports the holders 3 in such a condition as the holders 3 are erected but slightly inclined. In addition, a single conveying passage, in which a conveyor 15 is arranged, is provided at the bottom of the conveying device. The file holders 3, which have been discharged on the conveyor 15 in the conveying passage, are shipped and collected by the conveyor 15 that is on operation via the conveying passage of the storehouse neighboring on the storehouse.
