Title:
CARRYING DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH ULTRAVIOLET EXPOSURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003285911
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a carrying device equipped with a ultraviolet exposure, causing no bending or overlap of carried objects due to vibration resulting in an extreme reduction in wear of components, causing no deposition of a worn metal powder on a work such as lamber resulting in the significantly less need for changing the worn components, and causing no snaking of a chain conveyor resulting in good hardening of a paint on the surface of the work.

The carrying device comprises the ultraviolet exposure 11 on which a ultraviolet beam source is mounted and the chain conveyor 20 for travelling along the irradiation plane of the ultraviolet exposure. The chain conveyor has a net 23 for carrying the carried objects placed thereon and a hollow pipe 30 fitted and supported in an intermediate portion of the net at a given space in parallel to the carrying direction, and the hollow pipe has both ends provided with supporting portions 31 formed thinner than the intermediate portion. Rotating rollers 44 are fitted to the supporting portions at both ends of the hollow pipe and each rotating roller travels at the upper part of both-end rails.
