Respective carrying vehicles have a suspension mechanism with a variable height by a running drive motor and suspension cylinder individually and enable a self-running on the road surface by providing plural running wheel devices installed under the car body through the turning mechanism for steering and plural carrying vehicles are installed while facing to the front/rear direction in the carrying direction of the rocket mobile launcher 3 and plural carrying vehicles are mutually traveled and controlled as an integral carrying device under such state that the rocket mobile launcher 3 is supported and lifted.
